I started teaching yoga in the year 2008. Over the years I have realised more than ever the truth of the above quote. As a practitioner of Iyengar Yoga every time I step into the sacred space of a yoga mat, I learn. Similarly each time I step into the role of a teacher, I learn. Hopefully my students learn too!
