Why did you start practicing yoga?
I started practising yoga to add the most important missing element in my health and wellness. I do some cardio , weights , swimming and play a few sports. Yoga was perhaps the important missing element in my daily life.
What kind of yoga sessions do you practise, eg, online, in a studio or personal zoom or personal in-person.

How has yoga benefited you?
As funny as it may sound it makes me feel taller. I couldn’t have gotten any taller in my late 30s . Perhaps the corrective postures are making me express my height better. Physically it has made me stronger and more correct, and mentally I feel connected with my body and mind.
Why do particular reason you like practising with me?
I like practising with you because you as a teacher are in true spirit a guru. The classes are intense and fulfilling and yet you bring in a sense of pause or a sense of calm at the same time. In today’s artificially created world of urgency with social media and WhatsApp and instant connectivity – you are unnecessarily hurried all the time. This helps to cut the clutter and have clear thinking.
