‘Students of Iyengar Yoga’

I love practising Iyengar Yoga, and could easily spend all day absorbed learning the subject with great ease without need for much external human contact. If I had remained simply practising on my own I would have missed out on learning how to go beyond my rigid personality structure. Being quite naturally introverted it is easy to go into my cave without difficulty. However taking on the responsibility of teaching made me go past my comfort zone. To speak and share, rather than listen and absorb. I am grateful for each of these beautiful beings who have helped me to grow and evolve. Hopefully I am able to transmit the true teachings of Guruji BKS Iyengar to them without distortion. I am grateful to my teacher Azita Dadfar for teaching me to teach!
