Yoga has helped my physical well-being , and has also been very helpful to how I feel as a person mentally and general outlook.
It has helped me in posture correction, strength building, also helped me in my emotional well-being and getting discipline in my life.
As funny as it may sound it makes me feel taller. I couldn’t have gotten any taller in my late 30s . Perhaps the corrective postures are making me express my height better.
Practicing yoga has also strengthened my muscles and improved my posture, which in turn relieved my chronic shoulder and neck pains.
