Why did you start practicing yoga?
4 years ago I met Aparajita in a yoga group class when I was looking for a way to deal with a very stiff and misused body and a very hyperactive mind (or as I like to call it: monkey mind).
What kind of yoga sessions do you practise, eg, online, in a studio or personal zoom or personal in-person.

How has yoga benefited you?
Yoga helped me to work through my body’s pain and stiffness to a more pliable body and mind. Practising yoga has become an igniter of taking the journey to my true self. The more I practised I fall deeper in love with Iyengar Yoga. It has been and continues to be an amazing journey.
Why do particular reason you like practising with me?
As a teacher you truly respect a students starting point (physically and mentally ) and from there, with kindness and attention to detail helps you progress and open up the spaces, unknown to most of us. With the help of props and even creating all kind of alternatives, makes me feel secure to explore the newness of the asanas and the unknown places of my mind.
