Why did you start practicing yoga?
I started practicing yoga in 2003.
What kind of yoga sessions do you practise, eg, online, in a studio or personal zoom or personal in-person.
Now I do online group classes over zoom.
How has yoga benefited you?
I have being doing yoga for so long and I think it has been very beneficial for me !! It’s made me feel young and given me a superb body, made me more happy, calm,focused,flexible!! I was diagnosed with Huntingtons Disease in 2017 and the practice of yoga has helped me by making by making my joints very strong and I’m able to do normal things!!
Why do particular reason you like practising with me?
I love practicing with Aparajita because you’re the best teacher!!!! I like the way you explain everything very clearly!! You demonstrate the wrong and then show us the right way of doing poses!! I like tone of your voice and you be never get angry!
