Why did you start practicing yoga?
My cousin encouraged me to take on yoga when I was suffering from mild vertigo and balance issues.
What kind of yoga sessions do you practise, eg, online, in a studio or personal zoom or personal in-person.
I started personal in-person sessions and then continued personal zoom sessions.
How has yoga benefited you?
Where do I start?! I have better posture, muscle strength, and tone because of my yoga practice. Yoga also allows me to practice mindfulness and proper breathing, which I typically don’t devote sufficient time to in my daily life.
Why do particular reason you like practising with me?
Aparajita is without a doubt the best yoga teacher I have practiced with. I don’t think I’ve met any yoga practitioner with such precision and dedication as Aparajita. I have come a long way in my practice because of her. She is also an amazing support system to anyone she talks to. I am physically and emotionally in a better place because of Apatajita! I think everyone needs to have an Aparajita in their life.
