Why did you start practicing yoga?
Started almost 3 years ago for postpartum fitness and strength building.

What kind of yoga sessions do you practise, eg, online, in a studio or personal zoom or personal in-person.
2 years in person and now online one to one.

How has yoga benefited you?
Iyengar yoga has changed my life completely- physically as well as mentally.
It has helped me in posture correction, strength building, also helped me in my emotional well-being and getting discipline in my life.

Why do particular reason you like practising with me?

As a teacher: Aparajita is the most calm, patient, encouraging and positive teacher I have ever had in my life. She never gives up on her students and finds the best and most comfortable way possible for her students to practice yoga. She makes yoga feel ‘accommodating to all’
Truly feel blessed to have her as my teacher.

As a friend: Aparajita always has a smile on her face. She always enquires how I am feeling before the class starts! Always hears me out patiently and puts a smile on my face for the one hour of practice. I feel refreshed after the class.
