Why did you start practicing yoga?
I have been attending various classes at IBN Fitness First. One day because of curiosity I registered my self into a Yoga class. After being explained by the instructor that yoga increases flexibility, mobility and has immense health benefits, I started my yoga practice regularly.

What kind of yoga sessions do you practise, eg, online, in a studio or personal zoom or personal in-person.
In-person group classes at the yoga studio.

How has yoga benefited you?

Over the years different instructors taught yoga at FF. I found Aparajita taking personal interest in each one of us to help us improve our practice. She always focuses on alignment and attention to detail. When she started teaching @ Nilaya House I continued to follow her classes at both places. During the pandemic when everything was shut down I continued following her Zoom classes.

Why do particular reason you like practising with Aparajita?

I have known Aparajita for more than 9years. She has so much energy and a true passion for her teaching. She makes my energy to be focused , calm, centered and enthusiastic.
Since starting my yoga classes under her I have improved and come a long way in ease at which I’m able to do many asanas very well.
Aparajita is not only my guru but has become a good friend also. I am now working harder in getting better with inversions and twists with her.
